Dileep studied pharmacy as an undergraduate and got his Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences in Punjab Technical University, India. During his Master's project, Dileep worked on synthesis and evaluation of Zolmitriptan bucco-adhesive films. He published two international research articles. Subsequently he worked for a year at Dr. Reddy Laboratories Ltd., as a quality controller. He recently received a MSc Degree in Chemical Biology and Drug Design from the University of Leeds where he did project on nanotechnology under the supervision of Dr Dejian Zhou. During his MSc project, Dileep worked on the synthesis and characterisation of gold nanoparticles against gram negative bacteria. He started his career as an MRes student in Cranfield University in 2017.
