Ludmil received HNC in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Farnborough College of Technology while working at Murata Power Solutions. Later he obtained BEng (H) Electrical and Electronics Engineering Technology from the University of Greenwich and MSc in Aerospace Manufacturing from Cranfield University in 2016. His individual thesis was in collaboration with Safran Power about different wire enamel insulation systems under thermal exposure.
