On the 22nd September 2016 the CDT-UP brought together the majority of the programmes' students from Cambridge, Cranfield and Nottingham University.
They attended a fun-filled day of events in Oxfordshire, consisting of 4x4 driving, laser clay shooting, rage buggies and hovercraft driving. The group was split into four groups with the main focus being to work as a team to complete the activities in the quickest time possible, along with supporting their colleagues.
The day was also attended by the new MRes cohort in advance of their October start, to allow them to meet their fellow students and network with the wider CDT-UP community in a relaxed atmosphere. The new cohort also won the prize for the overall quickest team!
